RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Dear customers, CARE Natural Beauty is always mindful of our customers.
Excellence in our service and quality in our products are key factors for us, for we believe this way we can change the world, human beings, and nature. Our fantastic products are entirely natural and organic to take care of you, your body and soul with love, kindness, and a lot of good vibes.
Unfortunately (only once in a while), we know that some mishaps may happen along the way from CARE Natural Beauty to You.
Thinking about it, we decided to outline here the rules we follow according to Brazilian regulations on cancellation, returns, and exchange.
Please keep your invoice carefully, because with it you can find your data, orders, shipping, and other important information in case of any problems with your purchase.
• According to Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you can exchange or cancel your purchase within seven calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. You can get back the amount you paid or exchange it for another product in stock. Exchanges or returns can only be made if the product is in its original packaging, without signs of use and with the original tamper-evident seal intact.
We recommend you carefully and correctly choose the colors and formulas of your products. E-mail email@example.com if any questions arise. We will be happy to get back to you before you purchase our products. We do not exchange products that have been opened and/or used because shades and colors we're believed to be different.
Before returning or exchanging a product, we need to know what happened to your product. You will have to tell us by any of our channels why you are returning or canceling the product purchased.
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, telling us about your problem. We will be available during business hours to help you with any issues regarding your orders.
- Once you contact us, we will assist you on how to return the product correctly. When the product arrives at CARE Natural Beauty, we will check it. If it is eligible according to all the rules above, we will quickly resolve any issues. We want to make sure our beautiful customers are happy and pleased!
Exchange time will depend on where you live. Also, we depend on postal services; therefore, the delivery time might be longer or shorter.
If a product of your choice is not available for exchange, you have a few options. You can choose another product, opt for a purchase/discount voucher, or cancel your purchase. If the selected product is more expensive than the first one, the difference can be paid by bank deposit in an account informed by our customer service team. If you choose the voucher, you will receive a code to use on your next purchase. If you do not wish to make the exchange, you may cancel your purchase immediately upon completion of the return process.
CARE Natural Beauty works in accordance with the Brazilian Laws and the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. That way, customer withdrawal will result in a canceled purchase, and the amount paid will be returned as following our legislation.

Pay attention to your order when you receive your package. If you have noticed any packaging defects or product defects when it is still being delivered to you, you can refuse to accept it. Write down on the back of the invoice. It is usually placed outside the box or on the delivery receipt. Write what happened or what you noticed that was wrong. The mailing service will take your product back. Then, contact our team so we can help you with the next steps.
If you see that there is any problem with your order after receiving it, take a picture and send it to us via e-mail. This way we can call our delivery insurance.
You received your product, opened the box and realized something was wrong.
Let us know if your product has any damages that were not caused by you handling it. Contact our team and tell us what happened so we can exchange it for you. Please make sure you tell us your order number and when you purchased it.
According to Article 18 from the Consumer Code, the first paragraph, the company has up to 30 days to solve problems regarding damaged products. If after this period your issue has not been dealt with, you have the right to receive a new product or cancel your purchase.
Our expedition team handles all orders. Eventually, there may be some glitches or errors in the process. If you have received a package and noticed that the products inside are not the ones you have ordered on the site, don't worry! We’re here to help you!
Please take a picture and send it to us. We will exchange your product(s) for the right one(s), according to your invoice. Contact our team and tell us your problem. We will track your order number and your invoice.
Please check your e-mail address and your mailing address. These are the same information registered on our site. Your package will be delivered to this address. In the registered e-mail, you will receive information about exchanges, doubts, and any problems with your purchase. At that same e-mail address, you will receive your tracking codes and other information. Therefore, check if your information is correct and write down your password.
